Swan Hill Rural City Council welcomes your ideas for future projects.
You're invited to submit a project, initiative, or program that Council could include as part of the 2026/27 Council Budget process.
Your suggestions help us plan and prioritise initiatives that truly matter to our communitySubmissions for the 2026/27 budget are now open, and we encourage everyone to share their thoughts so your voice can help shape the future of our city.
Community submissions are open until Friday, 7 November 2025.
For your idea to be considered by Council, it should meet the following criteria:
