Swan Hill Rural City Council (Council) gives notice under Section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to sell the land located at 64 & 66 McCrae St, Swan Hill VIC 3585.

A person may make a submission on Council’s intention. Submissions must be received by 4:00PM on Friday 13 February 2026 and can be submitted via the form on Let’s Talk, emailed to: council@swanhill.vic.gov.au or posted to PO Box 488 Swan Hill VIC 3585.

Any person who has made a written submission to Council may request in writing to be heard in person in support of the written submission or by a person acting on their behalf before Council at a time and date to be advised.

After reviewing all submissions, Council will determine whether to proceed with the proposed sale.
