We are asking all staff who have a role in supervising staff – Team Leaders, Coordinators, Managers, Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members to please take the time to complete this short survey.
This survey will assist Council to meet its Child Safe Standards obligations with two important pieces of work.
The first is Child Safe Standard Number One which says:
“Organisations establish a culturally safe environment in which the diverse and unique identities and experiences of Aboriginal children and young people are respected and valued.”
The second important piece of work will be developing a Reconciliation Action Plan in 2023/2024.
These two pieces of work closely align. Information we gather from the survey will help us to identify what we must do to ensure that we comply with Standard One and develop a Reconciliation Action Plan.
