As part of Council’s budgeting and long term financial planning processes, we maintain a 10 Year Major Projects plan that guides our annual capital works budget.

The plan is developed taking into consideration the needs of Council Asset Management Plans to ensure the service levels of Council assets are maintained and to also consider new assets that are likely to meet the changing needs of our residents.

The plan is reviewed each year and submissions for projects to be included in the plan are invited for Council to consider.
