The Gender Equality Committee and the HR department are pleased to announce the launch of a comprehensive staff survey entitled “Identification of effective methods and techniques of promoting non-traditional gender-based works within the Council” designed to gather valuable insights from all Council staff, regardless of employment status.
Survey Overview:
The reasons for this survey stems from our collective commitment to achieving the goals outlined in parts of the Council’s Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) for the years 2021-2025. Specifically, focusing on increasing gender and intersectionality awareness and support. This involves completing a pilot project to identify effective strategies in promoting non-traditional work.

Your participation in the survey is incredibly valuable and crucial in shaping initiative that promote a work environment of inclusivity and equity. It will help us understand the perceptions of Council's staff regarding roles that may be traditionally viewed as either masculine or feminine.
