In the coming weeks you may receive a call from market research agency National Field Services, who are conducting a community satisfaction survey for us.
The survey is being conducted for residents in our Municipality from Monday, 30 January 2023, running through until mid-March.
All responses and details remain confidential and are not shared – we only see the overall results.
Background
The Victorian Government undertakes a survey on behalf of local councils to measure the community’s perception of our performance over 12 months.
Our Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey occurs quarterly and involves a total of 400 telephone interviews, conducted by an independent research agency.
If you receive a phone call, we encourage you to take this opportunity to provide your feedback on how we’re performing.

- We never ask for people by name (we don’t have names)
- We will always identify as National Field Services and introduce themselves by name (e.g. Mark from National Field Services)
- We will always say how long we expect the survey to take
- Calls will come from a number with the prefix: (03) 9977 …… This may change over time but we will not call from a mobile number.
