Swan Hill Rural City Council is dedicated to managing our infrastructure and community assets responsibly to enhance the wellbeing, liveability, and long-term sustainability of our region - both now and into the future.

Our Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) will be a key guiding document that sets out how Council will maintain, renew, and invest in community assets over time.

For our community, this plan is critical to ensuring that our infrastructure keeps pace with population growth, economic development, and environmental challenges. It also provides a strong foundation for long-term planning, helping us to prioritise investment and make informed decisions when resources are limited.
